Do I need to fast before a blood test?

It depends on the test. Fasting blood glucose, lipid profile, and some hormone tests require 12 hours of fasting. CBC and infection screening do not require fasting. We'll inform you when you book.

How soon will I get my results?

Most routine tests (CBC, infection screening) are ready within 12 hours. Chemistry panels take 12 hours. Hormone assays may take up to 24 hours. Emergency results are available in 1 Hour.

Can I get my results online?

Yes. We send results via WhatsApp and email. You can also collect a printed copy from the laboratory. All reports include reference ranges and brief interpretations.

Is home blood collection available?

Yes, within Awka region. A trained phlebotomist will visit your home or office. There is a small service charge for home collection. Call to schedule.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome during our working hours (Mon–Sat, 7 AM – 7 PM). No appointment needed for most tests.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, POS card payments, and mobile money. Payment is made at the laboratory before or after sample collection.
